Who we are
RealtyKronos is a CRM for real estate professionals operated by Inteprix (Orlando, Florida, USA). This policy explains what personal data we handle on realtykronos.com and in the RealtyKronos portal.
Data we collect
Demo and contact requests: your name, email, phone, company, team size, role, message, preferred language, and the page and campaign you came from.
Portal accounts: your name, email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), profile details and settings.
Data our customers store: contacts, deals, notes and messages that real estate teams add to their own workspace. For that data the team is the controller and we process it on their behalf.
Technical data: IP address (stored as a one-way hash for rate limiting), browser and usage data collected by our website analytics tool.
How we use it
To answer your request and schedule demos; to provide, secure and support the portal; to send the emails our customers ask us to send for them; to understand how the website is used.
We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Providers for database and authentication, hosting, email delivery and website analytics. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Every campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. A bounce or a spam complaint stops further campaign email to that address.
Retention and your choices
We keep demo requests while they are useful for the conversation and account data while the account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us.
Security
Each workspace's data is isolated, access follows user roles, and traffic is encrypted in transit.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version.
